Attorneys

Robert L. Morris is an associate attorney at JEFFREY BURR. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Law and Diplomacy) and a Minor in Latin American Studies. In 2004 Robert graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska with his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.).

During law school Robert worked as a law clerk at the Lancaster County Attorney's Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. Upon graduating in 2004 Robert passed the Nevada State Bar and worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Clark County District Attorney's Office.

Robert is currently a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel, the probate & trust section of the State Bar of Nevada, a member of the Legislative Committee of the Probate & Trust section, a member of the Clark County Bar Association, and the City of Henderson Chamber of Commerce. He also has been involved in the Boy Scouts of America as a youth leader. Robert also speaks Spanish fluently having lived in Central America for two years.

Robert has presented CLE seminars through the State Bar of Nevada, Lorman Education Services, and the National Business Institute on the issues of estate and trust accounting, and post mortem planning.

Robert is licensed to practice law in Nevada.
