Veteran’s Benefits
Clark County Veteran's Benefits
Individuals who served in the military are entitled to obtain certain veteran's benefits. This is a valuable way for veterans to obtain coverage for many of the medical services they may require. However, many veterans are unaware of the veteran's benefits available to them.
At the Law Firm of Jeffrey Burr, we are committed to helping clients obtain the benefits they are entitled to receive. If you are a veteran or a spouse of a deceased veteran, we can evaluate your situation to determine if you qualify for veteran's benefits. Veteran's benefits can be used to cover your medical needs, home care or assisted-living expenses.
Our firm's Nevada estate planning lawyers offer experienced representation focused on making the legal process as seamless as possible. We will explain the right steps to take in applying for medical benefits through the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
