Attorneys

Jason C. Walker is an associate attorney at JEFFREY BURR. He graduated from Weber State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude). In 2006, Jason earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with honors from the University of Wyoming. Jason has been published in the Wyoming Law Review and received the American Bankruptcy Institute's Medal of Excellence for the Wyoming College of Law in 2006. After earning his J.D., Jason attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he earned a Master of Law in Taxation (LLM) in 2007.

Prior to attending law school and while attending Weber State University, Jason successfully started and operated his own business. He also worked for a small accounting firm in Salt Lake City assisting during the busy tax return season. Jason has been involved in the Boy Scouts of America as a youth leader and is an Eagle Scout.

Jason is a member of the Nevada society of financial service professionals, financial planning association of Nevada, and the southern Nevada estate planning council.

Jason is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Utah.
